I.                   GEOGRAPHY

A.        Geographical Location -         It is one of the 26 barangays of the city of Meycauayan.  Located at the northern part of the city, it is 6.5 kms. from the  new City Hall.

                                   

                                    Saluysoy is bounded on the north by Municipality of Marilao, on the south by Brgy. Calvario, on the east by Brgy. Pandayan and on the west by Brgy. Longos.

B.        Land Area       -           159.54 has. (1.5954 sq. kms.)

C.        Terrain             -           Swampy along northwestern part and moderate flatty area about 1-2 meters above sea level, categorized as 1-1% slope range and suitable for human inhabitant.

D.        Season             -           Dry and wet

A.                Demography

1.                  Population

As of the year 2011, the population projection based on 2007 NSO Survey annual growth rate registered 15,189 inhabitants.  It is the 5th  most populated barangay in Meycauayan with a 6.67% of the total city population of 227,685.
