I.                   GEOGRAPHY

A.        Geographical Location -         It is one of the 26 barangays of the city of Meycauayan.  It is located at the northeastern part of the city.

                                   

                                    Pandayan is bounded on the north by Municipality of Marilao, on the south by Brgy. Malhacan, on the east by Brgy. Iba and on the west by Brgy. Saluysoy.

B.        Land Area       -           178.719 has. (1.78719 sq. kms.)

C.        Terrain             -           Flat, nearly level land.

D.        Season             -           Dry and wet

A.                Demography

1.         Population

The year 2007 NSO Survey registered 16,364 inhabitants.  It is the 2^nd most populated barangay in Meycauayan with a 8.32% of the total city population of 196,569.

            The projected population of the barangay up to the year 2015 using the geometric method of computing population growth rate is enumerated below.
