I.                   GEOGRAPHY

A.        Geographical Location -         It is one of the 26 barangays of the City of Meycauayan.  Located at the northeastern part of the town, it is 1.26 kms. from the new city hall.

                                   

                                    Perez is bounded on the north by Brgys. Camalig &  Pajo, on the south by Brgys. Libtong &  Bagbaguin, on the east by Brgys. Bagbaguin &  Bahay-Pare and on the west by Brgy. Iba.

B.        Land Area       -           160.821 has. (1.60821 sq. kms.)

C.        Terrain             -           5-10 meters above sea level, moderate slope range  of 2-3%; fit and suitable for human inhabitant.

D.        Season             -           Dry and wet

II.    SOCIOLOGY

A.                Demography

1.            Population

  The year 2007 NSO Survey registered 15,221 inhabitants.  It is the 4^th  most populated barangay in Meycauayan with a 7.74% of the total municipal population of 196,569.  As of 2011, we have a population projection of 17,630 based on computed annual growth rate of 3.742045%.
